• “App” or “GameHub” means the ForgeByte GameHub mobile application.
• “Community Hub” means the cloud-based platform within the App where users can browse, play, like, and report games created by other users.
• “Creator Dashboard” refers to the interface where users can upload, manage, and track the performance of their shared games.
• “User Content” means any images, text, ZIP archives, or other materials you provide. This includes:
  • Local Content: Stored only on your device for personal customization.
  • Community Content: Uploaded to our cloud servers for sharing with other users via the Community Hub.

We collect information necessary to provide the Community Hub and Leaderboard features:

• Identity Data: If you create a permanent account, we collect your email address, display name, and a unique User ID (UID).
• Profile Data: Your XP points, achievements, and country code for leaderboard rankings.
• Community Data: Games you upload, your likes on other games, and any reports you submit.
• Local Content: Purely local customizations remain on your device and are never collected by us.

We use Google Firebase to power the App's infrastructure:

• Authentication: Securely manages your account and login state.
• Cloud Firestore: Stores game metadata, likes, and leaderboard rankings.
• Cloud Storage: Hosts the thumbnails and ZIP assets for games you share in the Community Hub.
• App Check: Protects our backend from unauthorized access and bots.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect information such as your Advertising Identifier (GAID), IP address, and device model to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Advertising revenue supports the development and maintenance of the App.

The App is intended for users at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Firebase services used are configured to comply with standard privacy frameworks.

We leverage Google Cloud's industry-standard security to protect your data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ForgeByte GameHub grants you a revocable license to use the App for personal entertainment. When you upload a game to the Community Hub, you grant ForgeByte GameHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to other users.

Content Standards: You represent that you own all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

To ensure a fair experience, the Global Leaderboard employs anti-cheat mechanisms, including XP gain limits and cooldown periods. Attempts to manipulate XP, automate submissions, or "bomb" likes will result in a permanent ban of your account and removal from the rankings.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you agree not to reverse engineer the App, copy its logic, or sell its content. You must not remove proprietary notices or interfere with App functionality.

By uploading content, you grant ForgeByte GameHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and modify your content for platform compatibility.

Usage: We may use your game's title, assets, and clips to advertise and promote ForgeByte GameHub across any media channel.

ForgeByte GameHub reserves the right to monetize your content through advertisements (banners, interstitials, etc.) served within or around the content. By uploading, you grant us the right to earn from your game permanently, though you may delete the game at any time.

Admin Editing: To ensure optimal ad placement and platform support, ForgeByte GameHub Admins reserve the right to modify game files (e.g., index.html) to integrate or optimize ad scripts.

Ads API Incentive: Creators who integrate our Ads API themselves may become eligible for special prizes or cash rewards (non-guaranteed).

You represent that you have full rights to all content (code, audio, sounds, etc.) uploaded. If using third-party assets, you assure us you have the necessary licenses.
