• “ForgeByte Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Developer” refers to Saad Arshad, the sole individual developer and publisher of the App, operating under the brand name ForgeByte Tech.
• “App” or “GameHub” means the ForgeByte GameHub mobile application and any related services or features provided by ForgeByte Tech.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
• “User Content” means any images, text, audio, or other materials that you upload, import, or otherwise provide within the App for the purpose of customizing games, themes, or other features.

User Content is stored exclusively on your local device. It is used only within the App for customization and gameplay. User Content is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any remote server operated by ForgeByte Tech or by any third party acting on our behalf. ForgeByte Tech has no access to, control over, or ability to retrieve User Content. You are solely responsible for any User Content you provide, and ForgeByte Tech assumes no liability for such content.

ForgeByte GameHub does not directly collect, store, process, or maintain personal information from users of the App.

Any content you upload or provide to customize the App (User Content) remains stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to ForgeByte Tech or to any third-party service. We have no access to User Content and do not process or retain it.

The App integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob, which may automatically collect certain information for purposes such as advertising, fraud prevention, and service improvement. This may include:

• Advertising Identifier (GAID)
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Device model, operating system, and language settings
• Advertising interactions (impressions, clicks, engagement)
• Technical and diagnostic data related to ad delivery

ForgeByte GameHub also uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous or pseudonymous information about how the App is used. This may include information such as games played, session duration, app interactions, device information, advertising identifiers (where applicable), and ad performance. This information is used to help us understand how users interact with the App, improve features and gameplay, measure performance, identify and fix issues, and enhance the overall user experience. We do not use this information to directly identify you.

ForgeByte Tech does not receive personally identifiable information from Google AdMob or Google Firebase Analytics. We receive only aggregated or pseudonymized analytics and reporting made available through these services.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on your device settings, consent preferences, and applicable laws, AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized ads using device identifiers and related technologies. Advertising revenue supports the development and maintenance of the App.

You can manage or disable personalized advertising through your device settings or Google account ad controls.

The App may contain third-party services such as Google AdMob and other external providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy and terms. ForgeByte Tech is not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction. ForgeByte Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age — if such information is discovered, we'll take reasonable steps to delete it.

Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob, operate under their own privacy and compliance frameworks.

ForgeByte Tech does not operate user accounts or servers that store personal data. Any information processed by third-party providers is handled under their respective security practices and policies.

ForgeByte Tech does not retain personal data collected through the App. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies. User Content remains solely on your device and is not retained by us in any form.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data — including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Since ForgeByte Tech does not directly store user data, such requests should generally be directed to the relevant third-party providers, such as Google. You can also contact us for general privacy-related inquiries.

ForgeByte Tech may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, reflected by revising the effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

ForgeByte Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

The App may allow you to upload or provide content (such as images or other materials) to customize games or features. All such User Content is stored exclusively on your local device, is used only within the App for customization and gameplay, and is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any remote server by ForgeByte Tech or any third party acting on our behalf.

You are solely responsible for any User Content you upload or provide. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to use such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law. ForgeByte Tech has no access to, control over, or liability for User Content. We are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from User Content.

All original content within the App — including software, game logic, design, graphics, branding, and interface elements — is owned by or licensed to ForgeByte Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under applicable licenses. User Content remains your property (or that of its rightful owner); providing it to the App does not transfer ownership to ForgeByte Tech.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Sell, rent, or commercially exploit the App
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Interfere with or disrupt App functionality or services

The App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements; revenue generated supports ongoing development and maintenance.

ForgeByte Tech may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms — upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pakistan.

ForgeByte Tech may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
